Our center is open Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM. Our first two hours of operation are dedicated to high-risk customers, such as older adults and people with underlying conditions as defined by the CDC. We are following the Responsible Protocols for Getting Ohio Back to Work. The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order in public areas. To enter, you must have a facial covering that covers your mouth and nose.* Continue to make contact with the agency via phone, fax, or email and use the drop-box at the West entry for submitting documents; or contact your consultant for other options before visiting. Due to the size of our lobby an appointment is recommended, but not required.
