About Us

OhioMeansJobs Clermont County is a proud partner of the American Job Center network and is the Employment and Training Center servicing Clermont County residents. The center is operated and funded by the Clermont County Department of Job and Family Services.  Ohio Means Jobs is made up of numerous on-site partnerships that include Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health (GCBH), Adult Basic Literacy Education/Southern State Community College, Easter Seals Tristate, Legal Aid Society, The Literacy Council of Clermont and Brown County, Mature Services, Clermont County Probation, and Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.  In addition, off-site partnerships include the University of Cincinnati-Clermont, Grant Vocational, Great Oaks, and the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce.

OhioMeansJobs is an affiliate of the Workforce Investment Board Butler Clermont Warren (WIBBCW)which is lead by Board Chair John McMahan and Administrator Adam Jones.  This regional partnership includes neighboring centers in Warren and Butler Counties.  This partnership allows for a unified regional approach to workforce development solutions in Southwest Ohio.  OhioMeansJobs of Clermont County is also active in regional initiatives that partner with Hamilton County Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.


OhioMeansJobs of Clermont County is committed to connecting the community to numerous employment and training resources.  We deliver customized workforce solutions to businesses and assist citizens in their job search and skill enhancement.  OhioMeansJobs of Clermont County works with other agencies to meet the needs of the local community and do all we can to make the community better place to work and live.

Vision Statement

OhioMeansJobs of Clermont County is the nucleus of an integrated and comprehensive system of workforce development and community service in Clermont County.  Through linkage with other regional One Stop operations and service providers, we are designed for a prompt response and proactive engagement of business, individuals, and government resources in the arena of workforce development.
